We employ an array of advanced machining systems, including 4- and 5-axis machining centers equipped with automated features such as live tooling, bar feeds, and pallet loading systems. Our attention to detail and operational efficiency enables us to produce parts with geometrically complex features and close manufacturing tolerances. We can also augment domestic production with offshore sourcing from one of our company-owned factories overseas.

Our team is highly proficient in all aspects of CNC machining and is equipped with the resources to manufacture parts of virtually any size or quantity. We utilize CAD/CAM systems that allow us to program machining directly from electronic design data, and with multi-tasking equipment, we are able to minimize setup and cycle time to obtain the optimum level of production efficiency.

We perform extensive in-process measurement and testing as well as a final inspection to ensure that work fully conforms to all applicable standards and specifications. Whether parts are produced in our U.S. facility or overseas, all assembly is performed domestically.
