At EBM Technologies, our comprehensive manufacturing services also include plastic injection molding. We operate a series of high-tonnage presses, and in addition to standard injection molding, we offer gas-assisted injection molding to produce large, multi-component parts with varying wall thicknesses.

Our capabilities also include reaction injection molding for the manufacture of high-strength wear-resistant parts from thermoset polymers. We can injection mold solid objects, and we also provide numerous options for in-mold assembly.

We manufacture injection molded parts in three production facilities located overseas. Our injection molding services are backed up by a U.S. based tool and die operation, where we accommodate tooling repairs and prepare dies for overseas transfer. Expert tool and die capabilities allow us to mold parts with complicated designs while achieving tight tolerances and desirable cosmetic surfaces.

With our arsenal of stamping presses, we impose almost no limits on part size or shape, and we work with both thermoplastic and thermoset polymers. Resins we commonly process include:
